Installation

Using the Update Site

1. Go to Help > Install New Software.
2. Click the Add button.
3. In the dialog that pops up
   1. Type a Name, eg - Chronon
   2. Paste the Chronon update site url in the Location field - http://chrononsystems.com/updatesite
   3. Hit Ok.
4. Select 'Chronon' from the plugin list.
5. Uncheck the box that says 'Contact all update sites during installation to find required software'.
6. Click Next.
7. Follow instructions and Restart Eclipse when prompted.

Offline Installation

If you cannot use our update site (e.g. due to firewall issues) or just prefer local installation, we offer a zipped version of the entire update site.

1. Go to Help > Install New Software.
2. Click the Add button.
3. In the dialog that pops up
   1. Type a Name, eg - Chronon
   2. Click the archive button and select the downloaded zip file.
   3. Hit Ok.
4. Select 'Chronon' from the plugin list.
5. Uncheck the box that says 'Contact all update sites during installation to find required software'.
6. Click Next.
7. Follow instructions and Restart Eclipse when prompted.

Note: By using the offline version, you will be unable to automatically update Chronon when newer versions become available.
